Energy Efficiency Learning Management System (EELMS) is the digital learning platform to support and strengthen the capabilities in Energy Efficiency. It will provide e-learning opportunity and regular training through a virtual platform without affecting the operation of the industries and utilities in the virtual medium from any part of the world.

As Center for Energy Studies, CES/IOE has been working in the field of clean and efficient energy technologies promotion and human resource development since its establishment in 1999. It is providing specialized service with well-established energy efficiency laboratory for skill development, specialized academic research, knowledge backup, awareness raising among the stakeholders in the energy efficiency. So it become a learning platforms with participation of industries, policy makers and academia for sharing their learning experiences. So, EELMS will utilize this resource in association with Industrial Green Recovery Project, GIZ to support innovative learning of energy efficiency through digital means of technology.
